Handle full set of Accounts
Assist in day-to-day accounting functions
Key in supplier invoices and reconciliation of vendor SOA and clarify discrepancies with suppliers
Handle staff claims and intercompany transactions
Bank reconciliations
Update month end inventory and reconcile inventory movement report
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet account
Preparation of month end closing and journal entries
Organizes and maintains files and records, scanning supporting documents
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
We are looking for candidates that are Singaporeans or with Employment pass and currently, we have no Short-Term Employment Pass quota.
