JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the processing, initial review of payables from principals, vendors and other applicable third parties; Responsible for recording the transactions processed in the accounting system; Responsible for the monitoring and analysis of AP-related reports and schedules; Responsible for coordinating with concerned internal and external parties for payable-related info, issues and concerns.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in accounting, with emphasis on general accounting; those with no work experience can be considered depending on the academic performance and extra-curricular activities during undergraduate studies.
Proficients in oral and written communication
Proficients in MS Office applications, with intermidiate to advanced MS Excel skills
Preferably familiar with computerized accounting systems
Above average analytical skils
Kwonledgeable in general accounting, basic tax rules on VAT and EWT
