Job Requirements:
Support Sr. Accountant/Finance Officer in regular (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) Reports generation
Regular QuickBook entries (Accounts Payable, Payments, Accounts Receivable, Collections, General Journal Entries)
Issuance of Receipts and Sales Invoices
Check and verification of supporting documents due for payment processing (Includes but not limited to update of Ledger Books, File folders, etc.,)
Ensure Management Approvals are in place before any payment is being processed
Conduct Petty Cash counts regularly with Petty Cash Custodian
Other duties or tasks as required
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course with at least 3 years progressive Accounting Experience (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Financial Statements)
With a strong background in QuickBooks Desktop ERP
Experience in BIR Compliance
A team player who is responsible, diplomatic and confident at dealing with people at all levels and different backgrounds
