What you will be doing:
Business Development and Account Management
Identify business opportunities for team's revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Contact new clients and generate leads
Understand the client and their objectives, set meetings and confidently present our products and services to clients
Close deals, seamlessly manage multiple projects, and provide quality customer service
Build, foster and maintain relationships with clients
Provide insightful recommendations that can help clients achieve their goals
Create innovative proposals and closely monitor them to win the projects
Ensure that sales reports are updated
Provide full support to the sales team
Head projects by serving as a point person in coordinating with clients, suppliers, and all team members from pre to post-deployment phase
Conduct market research and continue to stay on top of new advertising trends
Spearhead initiatives that will help achieve the goals of the sales team and the company
Project Management
Productively handle pre to post-campaign responsibilities
Coordinate with the clients during all phases of the project
Ensure client stays updated all throughout the project
Follow up on the requirements needed
Look for opportunities to present recommendations for a more successful project
Follow up with the billing
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and are well-executed according to specs and agreements with the clients
Coordinate with the creatives and production teams in conceptualizing and executing campaigns
Source and coordinate with suppliers for relevant project requirements
Manage timelines wisely together with the production and deployment teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently
Monitor campaigns for improvements and submit informative reports to clients

Required language(s): English, Filipino
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in productivity tools such as Office 365 (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Google Apps (Gmail, Drive etc.)
Work experience in the Sales or Business Development Department in an advertising, digital or events company is a huge advantage.
1 year work experience as an Account Manager / Account Executive / Sales Executive is an advantage
