Deliver a range of training courses align with Delsan's vision, mission and core values.
Research, design and create effective training programs/ sessions that will be provided to all employees for them to be more effective and productive.
Facilitate in-house trainings/ sessions to all employees both in DOSC and DBIC.
Evaluate trainees' performances and provide constructive/ developmental feedback. Also, ensure all training programs/ plans/ schedules are listed and recorded.
Create "Training Plan and Schedule" for the newly hired personnel. Coordination with the line managers is required in this aspect.
Facilitate or take-charge of the registration and other pre-requirement procedures of outside trainings to be attended by Delsan employees.
Establish and maintain professional contacts with the outside training providers. And to invite or tap resource persons or training providers for possible in-house trainings.
To attend outside trainings/ seminars to be used in re-echoing the learnings/ knowledge to all employees.
Conduct "Training Needs Analysis" to identify the training gaps and requirements needed to address.
Analyze the data and provide feedback to Department Heads for the recommendation of different approach or training programs.
Provide feedback report every after sessions/ trainings and submit weekly report or updates to immediate superior.
Induction of new employees' orientation upon on-board and departmental tour/ visit.
Assist in organizing different employee engagement activities such as team building (DOSC & DBIC), Anniversary, Halloween and Christmas Party.
Create and monitor budget requests and liquidations for different trainings/ seminars and employee engagement activities.
Willing to assist the other HR Team member when an urgency / workload demand
Qualifications
At least Bachelor's Degree of Psychology, Social Science, Human Resource Management.
With at least 1 year experience in the same field
Preferably female
With good communication skills and written skills
With pleasing personality
