JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
Qualifications:
Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management/ Diploma or National Certification on Culinary Arts or any related course
Must have a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in Culinary, and with at least one year experience in the Managerial Kitchen position
Work experience in an international hotel chain is an advantage
Vast knowledge in culinary arts, including any new up and coming food trends
Has skills and experience in planning, designing, and preparing meals
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Has high leadership skills and can manage administrative tasks such as staff scheduling and food costing
Team player and flexible
Must be computer literate, able to use MS Office.
