About the role:Jr. Service Associate in Maxima plays an important role in ensuring that all requests related to service assistance and customer care tickets are prepared and completed. In this role, initial assignment will include the following:
Validate requests and create service job orders
Process Service documents needed to execute and close service job orders
Endorse service job orders to service advisors
We need individuals who:
Graduated with a degree in BS Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics or Communications Engineering
Are licensed engineers
Are willing to be assigned to any of our branches, mechanic stations and customers' site across the Philippines
Can drive and with driver's license
