₱ 25,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide travel recommendations and quotes
• Prepare and present travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and activities
• Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to book travel arrangements
• Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, products, and services
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote travel products and services
• Keep accurate records of sales, bookings, and customer information
• Process payments and follow up with customers to ensure payment is received
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional Manner
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a travel-related role, such as a travel agent or customer service representative
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of travel industry trends, products, and services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking software or GDS.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
