About the role:
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying automation solutions that improve business processes and increase efficiency. You will work with a team of experienced RPA Developers to design and develop automated workflows, document processes, and test and deploy automations.
Must haves: UiPath Certification, Open for Night Shift, Open for On-site work set-up
Position requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Work with senior RPA Developers to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
. Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using UiPath as a development tool
. Document business processes and automation workflows
. Troubleshoot issues with existing automations and provide support to end-users
. Work with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation
. Continuously learn and stay up to date with RPA technology and industry trends
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
. Candidate is expected to have 1-3 years of experience
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
. Good communication and teamwork skills
. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
. Experience with RPA software tools such as UiPath is important, andAutomation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a plus
. The candidate does not necessarily need to have extensive experience in RPA. However, they should have a strong foundation in programming and a desire to learn and grow in the field of RPA
