Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a junior research associate to create, manage and maintain the research repositories for a new digital asset exchange; focused on an institutional client base.
This is an entry level position to a brand-new business function meaning that this position is very flexible and can develop into a multitude of other opportunities. You will be helping to build out this function from the ground up.
Archax is continually receiving and processing vast amounts of research and information on these topics. The successful applicant will be responsible for processing this data, organizing, and categorizing it and providing a summary weekly report of activities in the sector.
The applicant must have a real interest in blockchain/crypto and finance. The focus of this applicant will be getting "under the skin" of the industry we operate and becoming a subject matter expert for us. The "go to" person when a question is asked, or a summary of industry events is requested.
Responsibilities
Hold a strong interested in finance and crypto.
Actively research and read around the subject, subscribing to media sources, monitoring social media platforms get embedded in the space.
Attend events, proactively seek out webinars and seminars to learn and take information from.
Hold responsibility for collating, organizing, and maintaining the content library.
Process and collate all research and information in the firm.
Create, sort, prepare findings and update databases
Create summary, analyses and reports of the content collected for the appropriate audience both internal stakeholders e.g. the board and exco teams and external stakeholders.
Key accountabilities include:
Being the go-to point of contact in the business to research, collage, ingest and analyze news/reports and various other information sources.
Qualifications
Graduated BA Masscom / AB English degree or any relevant field.
Excellent written and oral communication level in English language.
Experience in conducting collaborative projects involving several stakeholders.
Experience in writing and publishing articles such as blog, website, etc...
Most of all you must have a strong interest in this sector. This isn't a 9-5 job this is a role where we wish to align on someone's passion for finance markets and the new digital world.
