Job Descriptions::
Design mechanical work for projects with detailed calculations and drawings
Provide Bill of Materials for HVAC and mechanical projects
Develop a project schedule
Project management
Oversee team to ensure compliance with client requirements, and ensure high quality of worksmanship and personnel safety
Communicate with other team members, supervisor, and clients
Commission HVAC systems, and test and execute commissioning plans
Coordinate with client and manage customer-related issues
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Must have a valid PRC ID
Must have at least 2 years or related work experience
Must be knowledgeable in AutoCAD, or other technical drawing software
Must have solid knowledge of construction process and strong mechanical aptitude
Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Must be proactive, decisive, hardworking and reliable
Must be willing to work outside outside of NCR for projects if necessary
Ability to drive manual/automatic would be preferred
