Job Description
The company is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Controller to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate should be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven.
Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee, identify plan deviations, and recommend resolution for the Project Manager
Work with internal resources, external vendors, and customers to provide an outstanding customer experience
Proactively engage clients on changes to their projects
Document and report on project timelines
Monitor process/performance and recommend necessary actions to improve overall project progress
Send purchase orders to vendors
Schedule product deliveries
Schedule installation
Confirm shipment, delivery, and receipt of products
Constantly communicate with vendors, clients, and sales team on project progress
Handle administrative tasks for the project manager and other team members to keep the project running smoothly
Manage lead times and deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
2 years of project management experience
Experience reading technical drawings is a plus
Proficiency with Gantt charts
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication
Highly organized detail-oriented
Must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines at once.
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable talking on the phone
Strong customer service skills
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday; 9PM to 6AM
