jr. Process Engineer (project- based)BW Water

Process engineering design development support for Water, Wastewater, and Industrial/Ultrapure Water treatment unit operations and technologies such as Chemical Pre-treatment (i.e. coagulation, flocculation), Clarifiers, Granular Filtration, Disinfection, UF, SWRO, BWRO, Ion Exchange (i.e. Softening, Demin), CAS, SBR, MBR, MBBR, Chemical Dosing Systems, Instrument/Plant Air Systems, etc.) which includes but not limited to process calculations, technical specifications, pipe sizing, equipment selection.
Generate project documents i.e. Equipment List, Valve List, Instrument List, Datasheets, and other documents requested by Project Process Lead.
Support Project Process Lead in other tasks during Project Execution Phase.
Provide cost-effective solutions while ensuring technical compliance with client requirements.
Ensure robust and efficient system design.
Work with a multi-discipline engineering team to develop P&ID and PFD for water and wastewater treatment systems.
To follow all Group quality directives and input and suggest improvements where relevant.To follow the company's policy to ensure as much project scope as possible is kept within the Group.
Ensure all the work tasks follow the QMS system's requirements.
Ensure all deliverables are met within the agreed timeline and costs.
Maintain effective communication with all internal and external relevant disciplines.
Attend all relevant project meetings.
Perform any other duties required by the Project Process Lead from time to time.
Able to travel when needed.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or similar relevant qualification)
Minimum of three (3) years of work experience as a Process Engineer in Water and Wastewater Treatment Industry or in any related field.
