Job Description
As aJunior Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in our clients financial planning team, assisting in the creation and implementation of tailored financial strategies for our customers. You will work closely with senior paraplanners and financial advisors, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to launch their career in the financial services industry.

What do you need to succeed
Preferably at least 1-year Paraplanning experience.
Experience with Centrelink advice.
Xplan experience
RG 146 accreditation is not a requirement but would be preferable.
Proven efficiency and competency in constructing complex and complaint.
Working knowledge of Xplan software and strong competence in Microsoft Suite.
Broad understanding of financial planning and intermediate technical knowledge.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
High attention to detail to achieve accuracy.

Preparing detailed and accurate Statements of Advice
Create financial modelling illustrations using Xplan/Xtools+
Research products &; prepare comparisons.
Enter information collected from clients.
To prepare SoA and ROAs for clients on behalf of advisers.
To implement financial plans on behalf of client's financial planners.
Assist in the development and implementation of servicing policies and procedures and maintenance of ongoing client service.
