Assist in coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
Spearhead and schedule events such as job offers and New Hire Orientations (NHO)
Maintain accurate records of onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
Serve as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, answering questions and providing overall support
Collaborate with various departments and staff to ensure timely completion of onboarding documents needed for endorsements
Track pre-employment requirements and onboarding progress
Continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure the best new hire experience
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
1 2 years experience in HR, Recruitment or Onboarding
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the team
Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus
