Prepares Preventive Maintenance Program
Updates Preventive Maintenance Program
Implements Preventive Maintenance Program
Monitors Implementation of the Maintenance Program
Others
· Improves maintenance processes in the operations
· Coordinates to all maintenance worker efforts
· Identifies areas improvement and assign workers to take cares of issue
· Responds to emergency calls for maintenance
· Manages the set up and take down of different events
· Performs troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
· Communicates plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staf
· Contacts and schedules repairmen and extra help as needed
· Performs administrative task as required
· Performs ISO related tasks (Quality Management System, Occupation Safety and Health Management System and Environmental Management System)
· Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
