JR HR OFFICER / HR ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive personnel requests from department heads and/or Chief Operations Officer or Chief Finance and Administrative Officer, and forward the same to the HRA Officer for review;
Request recommendations/performance appraisal from immediate superiors, if applicable;
Receive and process all documents for application and promotion;
Review employment applications and evaluate if these applications meet the qualification standards prescribed for each position:
Administer
Employee Relations, Discipline, and Grievances
Compensation and Benefits
Career Management
Performance Management
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development Management or any related field
Having at least 2- 3 years experience in all facets of HR.
Knowledgeable in HR-related work and issues
Time of Work: 8 AM to 5PM
