At Fresh Prints, one of our guiding principles is Start and End with People. We take that very seriously. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll be the go-to person for our people and will work closely with them so that they have a wonderful experience at Fresh Prints.
We're looking for an energetic, patient, and communicative professional. Someone who loves helping other people find their true career break. You will need to be hands-on and have a finger on the pulse of every hiring manager's hiring needs. You should be able to connect the dots and fill in positions in a minimum turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & interviews.
Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications.
Coordinating with hiring managers as and when required
Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
Develop & Drive comprehensive search strategies to recruit the tech/non-tech talent
Any other responsibilities delegated be a backup for generalist responsibilities
Experience:
1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Attention to detail and relentless follow-up
Ability to prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal English
Key Attributes:
Experience in a Start-up environment is a huge plus
Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred
