Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible to lead the technician for maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical, and instrumentation equipment. Including installation and VFD, heater, blower pump, motor, pneumatic valve, cylinder, switches, sensor, programmable logic controller, Scada, HMI and fully operation and condition. Prepare documentation reports such as RCA, INT, RFQ, PM, CM , and Predictive maintenance, daily activities report and many more.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Corrective and preventive maintenance of MVSG, transformer, LVSG, MCC, PLC, electric and instrument equipment
- Coordinate and monitor the production personnel with respect to the daily operation of equipment related to electrical and instrumentation
- Documentation of all PM/CM and Predictive activities
- Manages and carry out inspection of the facilities and resolves issue
- Comply with all health and safety regulations at site
- Provide daily activities report
- Lead technician at site as the immediate superior
- Monitoring & reporting all site plant status related to E&I
- Perform other related duties assigned by immediate respective superior thru Sr. engineer and manager
