Key responsibilities
We are looking for a Automation Developer for the Digital Procurement team in Manila. Digitization is one of the must win battles for Maersk Procurement and part of critical strategic initiatives for all business functions. Robotics and Process Automation (RPA) is a key enabler for reaching this vision and as part of the team this role is instrumental in scoping, building, implementing, and maintaining the various robotics and other process digitization solutions within the procurement landscape. The position of Developer reports to the Automation Delivery-Operations(DevOps) Manager of RPA(Project Holger).In this role, you will be working with a global team of professionals to develop, design and implement various digitization solutions across various functions in different geographies for Maersk Procurement. You will play an integral role in accelerating the digital ambitions in Maersk Procurement. As part of the DevOps team, you will be collaborating with other solutions teams within Digital Procurement to come up with innovative and critical digitization products to solve business requirements ranging from FTE efficiencies, process optimization to process compliance and cost avoidance. Maersk Procurement is a service function within the A.P. Moller Maersk supporting our business units globally. In Maersk Procurement our vision is: "Every dollar spent is spent professionally".
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop process automation mainly with Blue Prism, Power Automate, VB(Macro-Automation).
Document the solution provided.
Support RPA project and technical activities front-end and backend of Blue Prism
Stay relevant to automation-technology updates
Collaborate with other digital solutions teams to come up with digital products involving automation concepts to solve business problems.
Engage stakeholders at various levels to ensure delivery pipeline is managed within reasonable timelines. Use data backed insights to share learnings, best practices and improvement suggestions for business based on deployed digitization solutions.

We are looking for
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant work experience working as a RPA Developer,vb(excel macro) or VB.net. Key skills for the role are:
Foundation level of skill in Automation
Business minded and solution oriented.
proficient in writing solutions Design Documents.
Blue Prism(.net C#,Java,VB), SQL, VB(macro) knowledge.
Experienced in working cross teams and cross functional environments.
Well versed with change management concepts.
Data Analytics, Data Mining,AI and Algo background is a Plus
Structured and disciplined approach to solutioning and problem solving is a must.
Flexible in the tools to be used in approaching solutions.
Attention to detail is key.
Fluent in English both in speech and writing.
Assertive communication and presentation skills.
