What you'll do
You will play a crucial role in expanding Emma's business in New Zealand, balancing hyper growth and profitability by keeping track of the unit economics and key financial metrics of our New Zealand business.
You will manage our performance marketing channels such as Google & Facebook where you will closely track, analyze, and optimize performance on a weekly basis. You will also be involved in the execution and ideation of each marketing campaign.
You will generate insights by developing deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key markets, and players.
You will continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growth.
What you'll bring us
You have studied Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or any related university program
Experience in Marketing, Business Development, E-commerce (Startup exposure is a plus)
Very good English communication skills
You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly
You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
You have drive, ambition and a genuine interest in how to grow business
You are comfortable with numbers
