Job Summary:
Our client is a manufacturer in high quality kitchens in New South Wales Australia. They are seeking for a Joinery Drafter willing to be trained and to join their growing team in organizing and maintaining all types of Interior Designs & Manufacturing drawings. The Joinery drafter will create drawings that will become construction documents to be used in production, fabrication, and installation of products. This role will do trainings with our Senior Draftsman. Also, an opportunity to travel in Australia for trainings.
Requirements
-Attention to detail is critical
-At least 1 year experience in Drafting/Designing Kitchen cabinets and Joinery
-Knowledgeable with high-end residential and commercial projects
-Skilled and knowledgeable of Cabinet Vision 9 (or similar cabinet software)
-Proficiency with AutoCAD 2004 or greater
-Knowledge in PDF editing software is preferable
-Experienced in creating CAD drawings from quotes, architectural documents, hand sketches, verbal instructions and site visits
-Must produce accurate and efficient plans
-In-depth understanding of woodworking, joints, materials and equipment
-Understand site plans & blueprints
-Excellent English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with the client and internal team.
-Demonstrable experience with MS Office, cloud technology and digital solutions
