Your day-to-day in a nutshell
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Requirements:
College Graduate of a 4-year or 2-year course or it's equivalent
Option 2: 2nd year College Undergrad with 6 months Call Center Experience
Excellent English communication skills
