Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter experts in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment team throughout the candidate recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist acts as a brand ambassador for the client and is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for open positions; Complete phone interviews and documents candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities (this includes scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers; Managing the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval; Coordinate background, drug, and reference checking processes; Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation; Coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes; and provide other administrative support to recruiters as needed.
Interviewing Specialist
The Interviewing Specialist is responsible for scheduling and conducting structured phone interviews to pre-qualify candidates for designated clients.
Onboarding Specialist
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. The Onboarding Specialist is a member of Cielo's internal Bridge Team. Driven by quality, the Bridge Team is an expert at background verification, referencing, drug checking, and onboarding.
Sourcing Specialist
The Sourcer works to proactively identify candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques. Primary responsibility includes sourcing for hard-to-fill positions, as well as developing proactive recruitment marketing activities to support robust candidate funnels against client team hiring forecasts.
Talent Intelligence Analyst (Dayshift)
The Talent Intelligence Analyst is responsible for managing the market intelligence deliverables for client service delivery leaders, customers, and other internal departments. They are focused on delivering data and intelligence to help make strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
Senior Recruiter
Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Experience:
At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
Recruitment Specialist
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of one to two years of Recruitment experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment environment supporting different industries not limited to IT, Engineering, and or Healthcare.
Must have an experience in Sourcing and conducting Phone interviews; Full-cycle Recruitment is only preferred.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a business or in an HR/Recruitment environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills.
Interviewing Specialist
Education: Open for Fresh graduates; and career shifters (High School diploma or equivalent is required with at least a year of professional experience).
Experience: Strong communication skills and experience in customer service is preferred
Onboarding Specialist
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's degree is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and background in the Onboarding process.
Sourcing Specialist
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required; Bachelor's degree, preferred. * Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in using different sourcing strategies to identify and connect with active or passive talent
Talent Intelligence Analyst
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business environment with demonstrated successes in research and market intelligence.
