Minimum Requirement for CE:
- Male. Age at least 30 years to 40
- Must be Professional CE Board Passer with updated PRC license
- Preferably with min 3 to 5 yr experience in handling Site Projects and Manpower.
- With background in Gen Bldg construction works ( Painting, Renovation/Rehab and Interior Fit-out projects
- Team player, reliable, capable in supervising manpower and workers at site
- Computer Literate (Autocad 2D/3D & Microsoft Office)
- familiarity in making Govt Project Requirement/Progress Reports is an advantage.
- COSH certified is an advantage
Minimum Requirement for SITE FOREMAN/ESTIMATOR:
- Male. Age at least 30 years to 40
- At least 2nd yr college, undergraduate Civil Engineering Course
- Preferably with min 3 to 5 yr experience in Actual On Site Estimates;
- Team player, reliable, capable in supervising manpower and workers at site
- With background in Gen Bldg construction works ( Painting, Renovation/Rehab and Interior Fit-out projects
- Computer Literate is an advantage
- familiarity in making Govt Project Requirement/Progress Reports is an advantage.
Minimum Requirement for SAFETY OFFICERS:
- Male.
- Must be DOLE Accredited COSH certified with First Aid Training
- At least 2nd yr college, undergraduate Civil Engineering Course
- Preferably with min 3 to 5 yr experience as Safety OFFICER in Gen Bldg construction works handling Site Projects and Manpower
- NC2 TESDA certified in scaffolding an advantage
