• Salary: 80k-100k salary ( but it depends on the experience of the candidate )
• 3 years and Up experience as an HR Manager
• Must have BPO experience
• Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relations
• Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
• Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
• Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
• Able to independently manage team members and cases, both internal and external
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Team building, Management, Team management
