Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Establish development plan (coding standards etc.) during planning phase, moreover, perform POC for new tools, technologies to be used in project, processes and security compliance related to the project
* Lead developers for the completion and quality of project mission / deliverables.
* Serve as onsite / offsite coordinator and support project management tasks (e.g. registering progress in Tophat or reporting to JP side), if necessary
* Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
* Create or assign technical specifications / project deliverables.
* Provide technical estimates for development on all out of scope requests for evaluation by Project Management.
* Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct Supervisor or Manager
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
* Domain knowledge and expertise (i.e., Financial, Manufacturing, Social Infrastructure, etc.) is desired.
* Technical background (Java or .Net) is desired.
* Willing to travel overseas as per project need.
*Must be of legal working age
