Take over the responsibility for the delivery of the agreed artifacts, incident, and problem management with your team
Independently solve problems or collaborate closely with team
Actively participate in continuous improvement process, stand-up meetings, trainings, and workshops at team and project level
Ensure quality of results as agreed upon in the project
What we are looking for
Required
Hands-on programming experience and proficiency at least in Java for mid-scale or large-scale backend systems
Eagerness to learn other technologies for front-end/web development such as React, Node.js, SAPUI5
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive as intrinsic motivation
Ambition and ability to work in a large international team for professional software development
Openness to shifting schedule
At least 2-3 years of experience working as a software developer (preferably Java) in a diverse cultural environment
Mandarin Speaking (Bilingual)
Bachelor's degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Good understanding of software development lifecycle
