Job Description
Manage and Create clear visibility into status and progress.
Foster a continuous improvement cycle to build organizational efficiency in an informal environment where change is the norm.
Qualifications
1. At least 10 years of previous software engineering or related experience
2. Has managed or led a team of software engineers, ideally delivering large-scale systems
3. Have to have experience on DAU 200k product
4. Deep understanding of Generic Java 8+, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, REST Services
5. Strong design and Core Java/J2ee and JavaScript skills
6. Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is a BONUS!
7. Excellent analytical skills, professional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required
