Job Description
Position Summary1. Provide stable service by designing server system architecture for each service and operating 24x7 infrastructure/server instances/application.
2. Operate system efficiently and systematically through continuous architecture improvement, system/service operation automation and process application.
3. Raise service quality by developing and operating database service that saves and analyzes structured/unstructured data.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Architecture designing] Support to design server application and infrastructure architecture to stably and efficiently operate service.
2. [System/service operation automation] Perform system operation automation of service for cost-effectiveness.
3. [Operation of server application] Perform to operate stable and efficient server application(Web, WAS(Web application server), database and etc.)
4. [Operation of server infrastructure] Perform to operate stable and efficient server infrastructure(IDC, AWS, Joyent and etc.).
5. [System change] Perform to change the arrangement and infrastructure of developed server application.
6. [24x7 monitoring and fault handling] Perform to monitor server application and infrastructure for 24 hours every day and handle faults.
7. [Index-based quality operation] Support to operate services with high quality based on SLA-based quantification index.
8. [Verifying and introducing individual database solution] Perform to improve functions, operation characteristics, and cost-effectiveness of different database solutions and plan on whether to introduce them or not.
9. [Development of database service] Perform to develop solutions that can effectively save and analyze structured/unstructured data.
Skills and Qualifications
. Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
. Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
. Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
. Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
