RIA Advisory is expanding its operations in the Philippines. This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career with a fast-paced, Product Focused organization. You will be trained on an Oracle product called 'Oracle Revenue Management & Billing' (ORMB), which is the bestselling product for Transaction processing, pricing & billing needs for Tier 1 banks, financial institutions & Healthcare Insurance companies.
Key Accountabilities:
Work on JAVA/J2EE based Oracle framework.
Work on application development life cycle i.e. development, implementation within the framework guidelines and interacting with onsite teams/business users/IT teams.
Learn & implement 4 GL scripting language, Groovy and JavaScript based engines (Oracle JET).
Produces code and unit testing for Complex requirements
Produces technical designs for simple to moderate requirements
Acts as subject matter experts and provide mentoring to staff and associate consultants
Partakes in the interview and selection process for staff and associate consultant roles
Personal Skills:
Prior experience in mentoring and coaching new hires/junior level roles
Above average communication skills, to ensure issues and risks are identified and actioned quickly.
Demonstrated team player with a results-oriented track record.
Keen attention to details; team members are expected to analyze and resolve issues with minimum supervision.
