Be an active participant in discussions about design and architecture Build robust, manageable, and scalable web & back-end applications in Java Pro-actively look for improvements: new technologies implementation, process enhancement. Be passionate about technology & quality deliverables and be an advocate for best practices in software development (code review, unit test coverage, etc.) To join our crew, following points will be considered (all is NOT required): Senior preferable. Mid-level considered also. Powerful Java skills - you could do this stuff in your sleep. Experience with Hibernate and Spring Framework Experience with JSF (PrimeFaces) or similar technology, JavaScript/jQuery/Ajax, HTML / CSS Experience with Web Services (RESTful / SOAP) Be competent with database concepts and SQL.
