Description
Provide technical solutions and strategic direction for development, maintenance and solution designing initiatives ensuring adherence to overall IT architectural and solution direction
Provide leadership on the construction and maintenance of robust and efficient data applications and reusable frameworks
As a senior expert, implement technology solutions for the projects that are in implementation or are being planned
Provide expert counseling to application development community in building solutions by providing expert technical/solution/platform services
Development of new software according to business requirements
Monitoring and configuration of deployed applications
Maintenance of deployed applications according to necessary changes
QUALIFICATIONS:
> Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering
> At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field
Full software development lifecycle experience using Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Development, Waterfall and Agile, J2EE or JEE core foundations.
> Knowledgeable about Java programming antipatterns and when to avoid usage.
> Basic understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.
> Must have strong understanding of Java core functionalities
> Familiar with various design and architectural patterns such as MVC
> Familiarity with comprehensive Java frameworks such as: Spring Framework, Spring IO, Spring Boot, etc.
> Hands on familiarity with web service concepts such as SOAP and RESTful
> Proficient understanding of code versioning: Familiar with tools such as Github
> Hands on familiarity with build and deployment tools and processes: Apache/Jboss etc.
> Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous development/delivery
> Willing to work on site in Quezon City
