Requirements:
Native Japanese with 13A/SRRV
Bachelor's graduate of Information Technology / Multimedia Arts or any related course
With 1 year customer service experienced
With Digital Marketing experienced is an advantage
Excellent English Communication Skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications

Responsibilities:
Responsible in managing and supporting webcasting clients
Managing events staffs and preparing reports
Ensure the quality of the events are up to clients standard and will be completed on the timeline set by the manager
Update the internal staff on the project status
Create and maintain client files
Assist client in hosting online events
Escalate problems and issues to the appropriate department
Analyze and recommend improvements to avoid occurrences of the problems
業務内容:
ウェブキャスティングのクライアントをサポートすること
イベントスタッフを管理し、レポートを作成する事
クライアントの要求する基準に達するようイベントのクオリティを維持する事。マネージャーによって定められたタイムラインに沿ってイベントを実施する事
プロジェクトのステータスについて内部スタッフにアップデートすること
クライアント開拓・関係の維持
オンラインイベントをホストし、クライアントをアシストすること
適切な部署にエスカレーションを行う事
問題の発生を防ぐための対応策を考えること
