Responsible in managing a purchasing team
Serve as the main contact person for the department
Handle and manage purchase orders of the company
Ensure accuracy of order information on the company system
Ensure deliveries and coordinate with company suppliers
Attend to inquiries of Japanese speaking suppliers and stakeholders
Manage escalations and solve reported issues
Prepare monthly purchase order reports
