Main Duties and Responsibilities:
 Process payroll accurately & timely for employees
 Payroll & Compliance estimation of funds requirement on a monthly basis for salary disbursement
& Statutory dues
 Liase with the banks for timely salary credits
 View and manage human resource data in Peoplesoft
 Review and process timesheet input records for employees
 Process new hires, terminations and other benefit deductions
 Work with the payroll vendor to process stop payments/reversals and assist with check
distribution
 Backup other payroll analysts as needed
 Produce timely responses to employee inquiries
 Handle the employee investment proofs declaration and processing - through the payroll vendor
 Record relocation transactions and processing of year end transactions
 Ensure statutory compliance
 Produce MIS on a monthly basis with regards to payroll metrics and compliance dashboard
 Provide payroll JEs on a monthly basis to the accounting team
 Perform other projects and duties as required
Job Requirement:
 Excellent Writing/Reading/Listening/Talking Skills in Japanese - Native or JLPT N1/N2 Certified
 Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject is an advantage
 Prior experience of at least 1 years in similar BPO outfit or in Payroll profile.
 Preferably Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft
 Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
 Good Communications skills - Written & Verbal
