This company manufactures renewable, biodegradable, non toxic wood fiber insulation for the residential and light commercial construction market.
Requirements:
・Experiences to handle Filipino subordinates as a manager
・Knowledgeable about upper process
・5 years Experience of development of PHP, Java.
・Knowledgeable about My SQL
・Knowledgeable about git
・Preferably knowledge of EC,CRM
・Good English communication skill
・JLPT N1/N2 level
・Familiar with Japanese culture
Responsibilities:
・Cooperate with the Japan branch to develop system
・Manage Japanese Bridge SEs and Filipino engineers
・Handle projects from clients
・Understand needs and requirements from clients, and inform Filipino staff of the details in English
・Monitor the status of projects and deadline
・Ensure that the products meet customers' criteria
