• Filipino in both Japanese and English (verbal & written)
• JLPT N1-N3 passer
• At least high school graduate
• Preferably with CSR/TSR/IT work experience
• Willing to work in Cebu
Responsibilities:
• Provide service desk inquiries via email, chat and call
• Handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
• Responsible for initial assessment, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components.
• Collecting information through a customer conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff.
Recruitment Process (can be 1-day Hiring):
• Phone interview with Filipino HR
• Japanese Language Assessment Test (oral and written)
• Final Interview with Filipino and Japanese HR
