Requirements:
Filipino in both Japanese and English (verbal & written)
JLPT N1-N3 passer
At least high school graduate
Preferably with CSR/TSR/IT work experience
Willing to work in Cebu
Responsibilities:
Provide service desk inquiries via email, chat and call
Handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
Responsible for initial assessment, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components.
Collecting information through a customer conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff.

Phone interview with Filipino HR
Japanese Language Assessment Test (oral and written)
Final Interview with Filipino and Japanese HR
