Requirements:

JLPT N1-N2 Passer/ Level
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
At Least 5 years of work experience as Operations Manager(Production Control)
Must have experience in manufacturing companies.
Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the company.
Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Manage operations team to ensure operational and customer services excellent
Coordinate with General Manager in operational issues and promotional activities in the company
Evaluate operational strategies and recommend improvements
