Requirements
JLPT N1-N2 Passer / Level
Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
Experience of at least 2 years experience in a similar role (or accounting background)
Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.
Knowledgeable in SAP Accounting Software
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle Procure-To-Pay responsibilities
Oversee purchase order process including preparation, approval and matching
spanning from procurement functions for goods and services needed, to receiving procedures, including verification, to accounts payable and accounting functions.
Payable duties include vendor invoice matching to purchase orders and receiving reports, getting invoice approvals, paying approved invoices, recording transactions, and generating reports.
Identify, troubleshoot, & correct bill discrepancies
Process, code and obtain approval of employee expense reports via Expensify
