JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate billings are sent to customers
• Ensure correct delivery of billing to clients
• Monitor collection flow
• Review payments of clients and check if there are discrepancy
• Work with onshore and offshore teams
• Check order fulfillments, claims and returns
• Processing order of food products of this shared services company
• Process order of Tokyo Office
• Validations of order from head office
Validating order processing, Contract
Management and invoicing
• Coordinate with Japanese OTCs in Japan
Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak Japanese (JLPT N1 - N2 passer)
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Open for fresh graduates
• Accounting background is an advantage
Order to cash, accounts payable and accounts receivables background is an advantage but not required
