JOB DETAILS:

The largest food company in the world. Included in Fortune 500 companies around the world. A swiss company. It operates as Shared Services company. Their major products are milk, ice cream, cereals, coffee and any food found in Filipino households.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate billings are sent to customers
Ensure correct delivery of billing to clients
Monitor collection flow
Review payments of clients and check if there are discrepancy
Work with onshore and offshore teams
Check order fulfillments, claims and returns
Processing order of food products of this shared services company
Process order of Tokyo Office
Validations of order from head office
Validating order processing, Contract Management and invoicing
Coordinate with Japanese OTCs in Japan
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak Japanese (JLPT N1 - N2 passer)
Graduate of any 4-year course
Open for fresh graduates
Accounting background is an advantage
Order to cash, accounts payable and accounts receivables background is an advantage but not required
