Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any other course
• Preferably with 3-7 years' experience in BPO or Shared Service Company
• HR experience in a Big Advantage
• Customer Service experience is a Plus

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for HR Team
• Monitor employee onboarding and transfer process
• Review employee life cycle in the company from onboarding to retirement
• Handle HR cross-function role to deliver HR projects
• Review and improve HR rules and regulations
• Manage and implement HR programs
• Audit HR documents and records
• Take ownership on reported cases and provide solution
• Ensure HR deliverables
業務内容:
• 人事チームの窓口としての役割を果たすこと
• 従業員のオンボードと異動プロセスを管理すること
• オンボーディングから退職まで従業員のライフサイクルをレビューすること
• 人事のプロジェクトを伝えるために人事間の調整をすること
• 人事のルールと規制について見直し、改善すること
• 人事のプログラムについて管理し実施すること
• 人事の書類・記録について監査すること
• 報告された問題について担当し、解決をはかること
• 人事に関する目標を達成すること
