JOB DETAILS:
Client Info: This is a Japanese Manufacturing of wires used for a variety of products and industrial goods. It has ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 Certifications. It has been operating in the Philippines for 25 years.
Requirements:
Japanese National
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
Preferably JLPT N1/N2 Level
JLPT Certificate in not required
Fluent in English
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related course
Preferably with 5 years Engineering experience in Manufacturing Company
Amenable to work in Cebu City
Willing to work onsite
Willing to relocate
Responsibilities:
Handle manufacturing operation of the company
Plans, design, set up technology for process improvements
Ensure efficiency on production process
Develop projects that can reduce cost while maintaining product quality
Take control with work operations and plans
Ensure that production workers are following the proper guidelines and procedures of standard operations
