JOB DETAILS:
Client Info: This is a Japanese Manufacturing of wires used for a variety of products and industrial goods. It has ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 Certifications. It has been operating in the Philippines for 25 years.
Requirements:
• Japanese National
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• Preferably JLPT N1/N2 Level
• JLPT Certificate in not required
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related course
• Preferably with 5 years Engineering experience in Manufacturing Company
• Amenable to work in Cebu City
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to relocate
Responsibilities:
• Handle manufacturing operation of the company
• Plans, design, set up technology for process improvements
• Ensure efficiency on production process
• Develop projects that can reduce cost while maintaining product quality
• Take control with work operations and plans
• Ensure that production workers are following the proper guidelines and procedures of standard operations
