Requirements:
• Filipino can speak Japanese (JLPT N1-N3 passer)
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or any related course
• Excellent English communication skills
With more than 10 years IT experience
• Strong People Management Skills
• Solid knowledge in IT Infrastructure technologies such as VMware, Network, Messaging system, Servers, Intel/Unix
• Preferably with ITIL Foundations V3 Certification
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and executing projects based on client needs.
• Ensure client satisfaction by effectively handling the project details by preparing plans, budget and schedules
• Track service metrics of the team and analyze project status
• Execute strong incident management, handle and solve problems
• Ensure deliverables and prepare service delivery report
