With JLPT certificate - N1 or N2 passer
Bachelors degree graduate of any course
With work experience in HR / similar role preferred
Computer literacy (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsibilities
Act as a key HR contact person regarding Onboarding process
Responsible for the employees who are new start, transfer, and rehire, including offer creation for Japanese candidates.
Audit all onboarding and transfer data and information
Assist and communicate with HR departments
Responsible for answering and resolving queries and concerns via email, phone and chat / instant messaging
