This Japanese company has been operating in Manila since 2011 and has expanded their operations in Cebu. They specialize in offsite development, web-based system, cloud computing and mobile application development
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field such as Business Administration or Management.
Proven work experience as an HR and Administrative Officer or similar role
JLPT N2-N4 Passer/Level (Certificate is not required)
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with Office Management Software like MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving perspective and attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great eye for details
Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving and filing of incoming letters, sending outgoing letters and answer's phone calls
Prepare the onboarding documents of newly hired employees
Schedule of monthly meetings including the cleaning schedule plotting
Assist in requesting Visa and extend Visa for foreign trips
Assist the Human Resource in monthly activities for Manila employees
Will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing HR and Administrative support
Managing their queries, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
Assist Japanese Executives during their visit in Manila and Cebu Office
