• JLPT N1 to N3 Passer/Level
• Excellent English communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any field
• Preferably with 5 years above Finance and Account experience
• Background in procure-to-pay processes
• Skills in MS Office, SAP, or any Accounting system
Job description:
• Responsible for managing daily operations and communicating effectively with Japanese clients.
• Attend to financial related inquiries related to billing, collection, credit management, cash applications, and order management
• Manage Order-to-Cash related problems and provide solution to avoid the same case
• Improve collection processes and ensure the fast resolution to issues
• Lead client meetings to discuss debtor performance
• Forecasts budget
• Handle and lead a team to ensure operational KPIs are met
